the system does not recognise my VAT number

Hi, I want to subscribe to Trello Standard and when I try to make the payment the system says that my VAT number is not correct and won't let me proceed with the payment.
I am self-employed in Spain, my VAT number is the one I am entering. Please, tell me how I can make the payment as soon as possible, I have only 2 days left of the trial plan and I don't want to lose all the information I already have inside Trello.
