the close board option is missing, how do i resolve this

I have closed boards before to archive and watched videos to close. I was able to do it successfully before but now that button is not available on my profile. What can i do to resolve this?

According to your screenshot your are not a member of this board (It says "Join Board" in top right corner)... 

So you must be workspace member but not board member... Try Joining the board and see if that give you the option... If still not it might be that the join only makes you a regular member and you need the "AJ" user (who is admin) to close the board or make you admin so you can do it
