Must I enter my payment method - that shows a sales tax charge - before I can enter my exemption? I'm afraid of getting charged sales tax and not getting it reimbursed.

Hey there!

Yep, that's the usual process. You'll need to enter your payment method first, and it might show a sales tax charge. But no worries! If you do get charged, you can just open a ticket with Trello support. As long as you reach out within 30 days, we'll make sure to refund you. Let us know if you need any help with that!
