The "Aw, Snap" error just means your browser tab ran out of memory, your Trello account itself is completely fine.
Open Trello in an incognito window or a different browser. If that works, a bad cache or a glitchy extension is the a problem, and clearing your browser data will solve it. If the crash only happens on one massive board, that board is simply overloading the tab.
If it happens on every board across multiple devices, you'll want to contact Trello Supporr.
