struggling to get on Trello and set up with my colleague's board

I can log in, but no one has been able to add me to the Trello board. Opened, closed the app, cleared the cache.

Your question has been posted in the Jira Questions forum. Does this have anything to do with Jira or is it entirely about Trello? If it is just about Trello I'll move it to the Trello Questions forum.

When you say "no one has been able to add me to the Trello board", what has been tried and what have the results been?

1. Do the people with Admin access believe that they have executed the necessary steps to add you to the board, and they have not encountered any errors in that process?
2. What happens when you try to access the board?
3. How are you trying to access the board? Are you using a saved URL?
