I have a private workspace. How can it be that someone requested to join?

How is it that this is visible? What else can be seen?

How can I know that none of the information was compromised?

Thanks for the clarification.

Hi, Bernd.

Private Boards aren't visible on Workspace; however, users can request access if they have the Board URL, which can be found in the browser history, old emails, shared directly, etc.

Even having the URL, users who aren't members of the Board can access any information without permission; by pasting the URL on the browser, they'll face this screen:

Also, I'd like to reinforce that the Board's URL isn't public information, and Boards aren't indexed on search engines (like Google, Bing, etc.).
