In regards to notification, Trello only serves a notification 24 hours before a card is due. You may want to consider integrating your Trello with calendars like Google Calendar, and then using their mobile apps to set push notification intervals (since the calendar apps offer more customization for that than Trello itself does) More info is here: Using Trello with Google Calendar
