"Repeat" Power Up using day / date before due date to repeat

This "Repeat" Power Up used to work fine.   Now however, for new repeats, when I use "Repeat" it uses the day before the due day / date to repeat. e.g. I select to repeat every Wednesday and it repeats every Tuesday or I select to repeat on 4th of the month and it repeats on 3rd of the month.  Repeats I had previously configured appear to be working fine.

1. Approximately when did you start noticing this issue? Is this a very recent issue or has this been going on for months?

2. What timezone is your account set at?

3. Could you provide a screenshot of where you see the issue?
