"Move to top" has disappeared with the new interface

Until the recent new interface, on my desktop (via Chrome for Windows) I had a "Move to top" option. Now this no longer appears.

I think this was through Butler.

On my Android phone I still have this option.

How can I get the option back on my desktop, or something similar?

Powerup and Automation buttons are accessible from the island below the card (see image)
