"Create New Board" will not load

Hello, I recently downloaded trello to use with Teams. I am unable to Create a new board. I am signed in, click "Create New Board" and the circle spins and spins and nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it has not helped

Is this issue happening using the website? 

To create a board from anywhere in Trello:

1. Select Create in the header

2. Select Create Board

3. Enter a title for your board

4. Select the Workspace you want to create the board in
