I use Trello to keep session notes for my test prep students. All of my notes after October 2025 are not showing up as of yesterday. I need them urgently for session planning, parent communication, etc. I've tried refreshing, clearing cache and cookies, logging out and back in, and logging in on different devices.

This was part of a known Trello incident that affected comments and activity. Check the current status here — if the incident is resolved, your notes should be back: https://trello.status.atlassian.com/
For the future, since you use Trello for session notes across multiple students, the Board Assistant Power-Up could be useful for your workflow. The Extended Activity Log lets you filter all comments and activity by date, board, and member — so you can quickly find notes for a specific student or session without opening each card individually.
