"Add comment" is not avaiable on any of my cards

On some of my boards (but not all) all of a sudden there is no "Add comment" any more.

I have added a screen shot of one of my cards.

What am I missing here?!

Turns out commenting was disabled for this board. I was not even aware that it can be disabled, so how came this about? Anyway, problem solved...

I tried a private copy of both Chrome and Edge, still no success.
