problem with viewing opened card

hello

please can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

when I open a card it doesn`t show properly it shows up like this

I have another account on the same device but I have no problem with it so I think I have something with this account or I don`t know

This looks like you have a problem with your browser. Could you try

clearing the cache and cookies and restarting the browser
running the browser with all extensions disabled
a different browser

Thank you I am happy to be here finally :)

and thanks again :D I disabled the extensions ,and the Trello Pro extension is what makes it look like this.
it`s weird but I have 2 Google profiles and it works perfectly on my personal profile. that`s so weird. I don`t know why it looked like this on this profile.

That's very odd, definitely a problem with the Trello Pro extension, but weird that it works differently for different accounts. All I could guess is that there's some setting the extension keeps with your account that is different.
