To Trello Support,
My Android app is completely stuck on a "Not synced" status. The internet connection is stable and active. I tried switching networks and force-stopping the app - nothing works. I cannot log out and reinstall because I will lose unsynced work. Need an immediate solution to force the sync.

404. That’s an error.
The requested URL /addon-link-not-allowlisted was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
------
This error indicates that a Google Workspace Add-on is attempting to redirect to a URL that has not been approved or allowlisted in the extension's code. It typically surfaces when using Google Drive, Gmail, or Google Calendar integration add-ons—such as Atlassian Trello or DocuSign—and clicking an internal button that opens a new browser window.
Why This Is Happening
Missing Manifest Prefix: Recent Google security patches require third-party developers to explicitly declare all valid redirect link prefixes (openLinkUrlPrefixes or urlFetchWhitelist) in the add-on's layout file.
Developer Regression Bug: If a developer updates their web routing but forgets to update the Google Workspace Workspace settings, Google will block the action and trigger this /addon-link-not-allowlisted 404 message.
Yes, this confirms you are experiencing a known Atlassian developer regression bug currently impacting the Trello for Gmail Add-on.
This specific bug is actively being tracked by the engineering team under ticket TRELLO-1608. Because the problem stems from a missing redirect configuration inside Trello's backend manifest file, it cannot be fixed by changing your browser settings or reinstalling the app
