perte de mon compte et de toutes mes données

bonjour

aujourd'hui j'ai essaye de me connecter a mon compte, on m'a demande de refaire mon mot de passe et après on m'a dit que mon compte n'existait pas !

j#ai toutes mes données depuis plusieurs années.

aidez moi a le récupérer.

j ai retrouver un vieux mail du 08/09/2020 qui confirme le remplacement de mon adresse email par fannyras84@gmail.com

c'est donc bien cette adresse que j'utilise:

Is it possible that you have multiple email addresses and have different Trello accounts associated with each, or if you have used 'login with Apple' which creates a shadow account?

I try with m'y other adress and no. and I found a email in 2020 I change my trello email for fannyras84@gmail.com. and my husband who share part of trello with me tell me that m'y name on trello is @fannyras. That confirm this is thé good email adress.

And know they Ask me to create a New account and i appear like @fannyras1.

That show i have my other account. But i can't go in.

And in général i Connect myself by google.
