outlookのカレンダーとの同期は、premiumプランになると対応可能になりますでしょうか？また、その同期の仕方も教えて頂けますと助かります。

For the calendar, You can use iCalendar Feed from Calendar Power Up to synch Trello calendar with Outlook.
