is it possible to invite an external ser and set the permissions to only see assigned cards?

It's because we have sensitive info on some cards.

I don't believe security trimming at the card level is possible. So you can't filter cards for them.

What you could do is simply have another private board and link the cards that you care about or if it's not so much a security risk as having the person focus on their cards, they can quickly filter to their cards by pressing 'Q'.
