only mirroring the top card with Scheduled automations

hello guys am new here i have an issue with Scheduled automations
the action i can take on is very and i mean very limited unlike Card buttons automations
am trying to mirror a card from the top of my list but it only give me the option to mirror "each card" and that's really annoying considering the limited actions,
i hope if there are any powers up that can fix this issue or any suggestion
