only leader pay for Premium

Can only the leader (me) pay the Premium to allowed to get more views ( Timeline ...etc...), but the members and guests don't need to get it, they only need to use free side?

If you can keep yourself to being the only one that need access to multiple boards then the rest can be free. But if others need access to multiple boards, then you need to pay for their access as well.

To add to this, understand that Trello plans apply to workspaces, not users or boards.

The plan applies to the entire workspace, and you pay per billable user. All users on the workspace will have access to the premium features, as the workspace is what is "premium", not the users.

But, you don't have to pay for the user if they're only on one board. They are considered "non-billable".

And even non-billable users will still have access to the premium features.
