First, I'd like to clarify the confusion around how billing in Trello works. Each subscription is linked to a particular Workspace rather than a user account. This means that you can have multiple Workspaces, but only one of them will have paid features. Otherwise, you'll need to create separate subscriptions for each Workspace.
With that said, I've just checked the Workspaces linked to your account and don't see any active subscriptions. There were 2 Premium trials which already ended due to the lack of credit card details on file.
If you'd like to upgrade your Workspace to Premium, go to Workspace's Settings > Upgrade Workspace > choose a plan and add your credit card.
