I just put information into several cards. went looking for information from a previous job.  Accidently closed the program. When I opened it back up all the cards are showing 0. Wife went to her account and everything is there and updated. What did I do and how do I fix it?

Thank you!

Hi @Paul Thiele welcome to the Atlassian community.

The most common reason for cards to suddenly "disappear" or show a zero count is that a filter was accidentally applied on your Trello session, likely by pressing a keyboard shortcut.

Action items:

  • Open the Affected Trello Board.
  • Look for the Filter Icon and clear all filters
  • Your cards should reappear after clearing filters.
  • If the above 3 steps doesn't work, try Incognito/different Browser and check for Archived Cards/Lists.

Please refer these official Trello documentation for more details:

Good evening and Thank you. I attempted to send you an email and i just got returned. Your suggestion was perfect! I got it up and running quickly without going into Incognito. Not sure how I did what I did but if I somehow do it again I have printed you helpful advice and go at it again. Thank you so very much!
