Can anyone help us? We’re suddenly seeing a request for a 2FA code on Trello, but no one knows who set it up. We don't have the 2FA code or any recovery codes, so we can't log in.
Changing the password didn't help either, can someone assist with this?

Hi @Hans Snijder _ Sakko Groep this is standard Atlassian account two-step verification, not Trello's old legacy 2FA, so a password change won't touch it.
If Can't find your recovery key? doesn't even appear as an option, the account sits under an organization's enforced two-step verification policy, and self-service recovery won't work. In that case whoever manages your Atlassian organization admin settings needs to reset it from there.
