login with iPhone in Trello through Teams

Hi,

I have also a video but i think i can not attach it here, but every time i am trying to login in Trello through Teams on my mobile device i am getting some error messages.

Could you please share the steps to reproduce this issue? Also, please confirm if your default browser is supported and updated. Once I have this info, I'll be happy to take a closer look!

Sorry for late reply i did not get any notification by email that you have answered here. 

I have made a video but i can not post it here so where can i sent you the video?

I have tested it with 5-6 different iPhones from my Team its everytime the same. I have made a video where you can see everything.

Of course everything is updated i mean i am using the brand new iPhone 15 it can not be on our side. 

I have made some screenshots so you can better understand the problem but the video is the best proof. 

STEPS:

1. login in my Teams app

2. trying to open a table with tasks through Teams (i want to say when i open your app "Trello" its working but through the app "Teams" its not working). 

3. asking me to login 

4. continue with Google

5. choosing my account

6. ERROR

Thanks for sending the screenshots. I can see you shared your email address publicly, which is not allowed by our Community policies, so I replaced your screenshots with the email address obfuscated. 

Trello authentication usually opens a default web browser's window to authenticate, then redirects to the application again. Apparently, Microsoft Teams is trying to authenticate Trello through Teams app instead of opening a new web browser window, which causes a Google error message.

Could you please set Google Chrome as your default browser and let us know if you see the same error message? If so, please try to copy the URL at the top after clicking "Log in with Trello" and open it using the web browser. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you i did not know, sorry. 

Hm i tried to set the Google Chrome, same error also i tried to copy the URL but its not possible to copy it from the app.

As of right now, I don't have an ETA on when this fix will be released, as it depends on various factors such as the team’s backlog and the complexity of the bug itself. That being said, with the link I sent above, you should be able to watch this issue by clicking on Start watching this issue.
