Hi @juhi awtani - welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately Trello does not support per-card permissions - Trello's vision is to provide teams with a shared perspective, and this shared perspective is lost if certain team members can view some cards but not all. 

We do have a feature request open for this though, I recommend voting for / watching / commenting on this request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-98
