How can I actually contact customer support? the contact support portal sends me to this forum, and the guidance here to a similar question was to link back to the same contact support page that sent me here.
Hey Brandon, I feel you — it's super confusing at first 😅
Basically:
If you're on a free plan, this Community is the main place to get help. No direct support from Atlassian unless it's a billing or security issue.
If you're on a paid plan (Standard, Premium or Enterprise), you should be able to contact support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact
Make sure you're logged in with a user that has product access and admin/billing rights.
Also, sometimes the site just redirects weirdly if you're not logged in properly.
