i had started by adding app in Teams...needed to start on Trello side . It was resolved when I went through all the steps.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

Do you use the MS Teams desktop app? We've seen a similar report once where this error occurred only in the desktop app. I'd suggest you try using the Trello integration in your browser instead.
