impossible to create a googledoc by firefox mozilla

hello

i can't create a googledoc or others thing of googledrive. when I clic on the power ups "googledrive",  nothing appeared. on the other hand, if I use internet explorer, it's ok.
is there something to do for firefox?

Hi David,

We're not aware of any particular compatibility trouble with Firefox, so there shouldn't be any additional action needed.

Does this work properly in Private Browsing mode? If so, there might be a browser extension in place that's preventing the popup from loading as expected.
