if I change language to traditional Chinese I can't save Due Date

hi all, 

I found if I change language to traditional Chinese I can't save Due Date, but when I change to English it works, is that a bug ?

I found this issue around couples of week, in beginning I thought that's Chrome's issue, but after I tried Firefox and my mobile browser , it still can't save due date.

Finally, I'm sure the root cause is language changing , could developer team can fix it ?
