I open a card, want to move/label/comment/whatever, but it just stalls for a few seconds before it lets me tap anywhere. Looks like a clear bug and happens almost always. Is this a known issue? It's been like that for months, at least.

It sounds like this might be an issue specific to your device. Could you please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in our guide here? Troubleshooting for Trello on iOS
Check for updates in the App Store to ensure you're on the latest version.
Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
Reinstall the app if the behaviour persists.

I personally don't use the Trello App for iOS so I can't personally reproduce it. Do you have the chance to try it on different phones or at least in different networks to rule these factors out?

I only have one phone to try. It was the same on Wi-Fi and on cellular. Sadly I cannot reproduce it since around yesterday, while it was there for several months. I'll keep collecting hints, of course.
