iOS Trello app login problems

iOS app does not validate Atlassian credentials (‘A problem occurred during the credential validation attempt’) after outage 12/03/25 and a password change. Works via browser. Bug?

After password change, not logged out, message boards incomplete. Forcibly closed, login fails. Works on computer app and browser.

Hi Mattia, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you’re enjoying Trello and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.

Would you mind clearing the Trello app cache to see if that fixes the issue? Before you do so, please take a look at this help doc that explains how to check for unsent changes first and it explains how to clear the app cache after that:

In a situation where the issue persists after clearing the app cache, we'd suggest reinstalling the Trello app using the following steps:

  1. Delete the Trello app from your device
  2. Download the latest version of Trello via the AppStore
  3. Launch the app again and log in to see if the issue persists

Hello,
Disabling the “block all cookies” feature solved the problem on the app on one of my mobile devices.
In the other device, however, the problem persists because upon deleting and reinstalling the Trello app, the app store told me that I could only download an older version of the app.
For the time being, thank you very much for your help.
