i would like to cancel 14 days trial please

hi all

can you help me cancel the 14 day trial i don't need it  and if you guys help me to cancel the 14 days free trail it would  be really helpful for me and just asking if i delete my account will the trail automatically get cancelled??

Hi @Prasanna ,

You can follow this document to cancel your plan: Change or cancel your Trello plan (under the Cancel a free trial)

If you haven't added any payment method, your Workspace will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of the free trial. This is also stated in the document above.

on the safe side is it possible to forward it to the support team to cancel the 14 days free trial before it expires and sorry for continous reply bit nervous and tensed

Since you have already opened a support ticket, you are in great hands. The Atlassian Support team is completely able to cancel your trial period manually before any charges occur.

At this point, you just need to wait for them to respond to your ticket.
