Unfortunately, cancellations aren't handled via the Community.

If something is preventing you from completing the steps in the article, you can let us know what that issue is and we can try and help with that part of it.
Just in case this applies to you, you get to try Trello Premium when you first sign up, without having to give Atlassian any payment information.
If that's your situation, and you didn't give Atlassian any payment information, then you will simply be placed onto the free tier when the trial ends. There's really nothing to cancel, since you don't actually have a subscription that you are being billed for. Again, this only applies in the specific scenario that I mentioned above.
