i have less then 10 users on my board and the system doesn't allow me to edit my board

ive removed users from all of my boards in the system and it's still doesn't work

can you please assist me on what to do

Even pending invite counting to limit.

Also there was an active incident/ still are on some Systems, that could also be a reason.
