Atlassian does not do telephone sales or support (except for large premium or enterprise systems with many many users, and even then, they ask you to raise support calls).  You'll need to raise a support request and wait for them to ask you about your preferred way for them to talk to you.

For Trello, go to https://trello.com/support and use the last option about raising a support request.

You can buy your licences online though, you don't need to talk to anyone.  Where are you stuck on purchasing?
