I am trying to contact trello for support regarding an account issue. to contact support you have to enter the site URL of my product within my organisation. how do I find this site name?
it says it should be in the format mysitename.atlassian.net - but I cannot see that anywhere (the URL when I am in trello is a trello.com URL).
Atlassian support directs me towards admin.atlassian.com, and then to look under products - but I see zero products in the list.
is there a direct email address you can contact for support?
Did this get resolved? We have a pid account for Trello and need to contact customer support but can't. How to we contact support?...

Sorry for the confusion on the support contact page. The site URL refers to the Jira or Confluence product, rather than Trello.
With that said, Trello Free comes with Community Support. However, I can see that you might need help with your account so I've gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf.

I am in the same boat too - how do I get hold of Trello support? I've gone around the houses ALOT. Our Trello admin left and I can't assign myself admin or manage the team online.

@John Funk This link is no good as It requires an atlassian URL to log a call - I tried loads and all sites, GenAI say this is a problem for Trello-only users - Trello users only don't have Atlassian URL - can you create a support ticket over to the Trello Group?
