Can't get any support because I only use Trello - help!

Hi - I only use Trello and have been trying all afternoon to figure out how to get to talk to someone at Trello - the support request form asks for an Atlassian ID - Trello only users don't have one so keep hitting brick wall. My problem is that the admin on our Trello account has left and I need to add a new user and also create a new admin.
