how to create account with email having .app tld

I'm trying to create a new Trello account for another business which uses the .app tld.

When I attempt to create the account and enter the email address, a red error message appears stating "It doesn't look like whatbooks.app can receive email…"

Any solution for this?

Hi Walter,

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble registering with your new domain.

We don't have any limitations currently set on what domains can be used to register. I took a look from our end and I'm seeing some DNS problems with your host. I would suggest checking with your IT or Networking team on this.
