how to add / remove users to my trello account?

I have several users with our trello account.  I need to remove some of them and stop paying for their accounts.  How / where do we add / delete users from our account?  why is it not under "manage account"?  How do I remove a terminated employee from boards AND stop paying for their account?

Thanks but I am not looking to only remove a user from a board.  I simply want to add / remove users from my paid account of which I am paying for each user.  How do I add a new paid user?  How do I remove a paid user so I don't have to keep paying for them & remove them from our organization not just a board?  
Is it in the "members" section on the left side of trello?
