Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out, so sorry about the trouble!

While we don’t yet have an ETA, rest assured that our engineering team is actively investigating the problem, and working to get Trello back up and running normally as quickly as they can.

Further details and information will be posted on our Statuspage at https://trello.status.atlassian.com

Thanks for hanging in there with us!

@Suzie M You're kidding, right?

On the incidence page, you wrote at May 17, 2026 - 11:13 EDT:

The team has identified the root cause and is hard at working resolving this issue.

Are you going to restore them manually one by one or how is it possible, that you don't even have an ETA by now?!

Comments are a business critical feature for us!

Hi @Suzie M

That response is really not good enough.

It's been over a day since this issue started and you haven't updated the status site since late last night. I think we are all owed some more thorough explanations and timelines from Atlassian as to when this might be resolved. These issues are having a huge impact on users with critical sections of the system unusable.

Your users deserve better than this!
