how do i get trello to use a different status when I drag a card into planner

When I drag a card into the planner, it always shows as personal to my co-workers in our shared Outlook calendar. How do I change this?

Hi Lori,

Welcome to the community.

Planner will integrate one email to your Trello board, and after that, when you drag and drop a card onto it, it'll book the time as a focus time for that card. But there won't be a link to the card, and the users added to it aren't added to your Calendar.

So I'd like to understand a bit more your case, and what do you mean by "personal", if you're referring to your personal calendar, Trello will add the focus time to the Calendar set to Planner, you can change it if you prefer.

When i drag a card to the planner, it shows in Trello as the name on the card for the "appointment". When my co-workers look at my outlook calendar that is integrated with Trello, the "appointment" shows as personal not the name on the card or Focus Time. 

I would like it to show my co-workers the name on the card or at least something not "personal" as we use that for Dr's appointments and such.
