how do I call anyone for trello support i am a premium account

Why is is so hard to talk to people anymore?

 

Phone support is always available at all the companies I own.

 

Why is support so hard to do?

 

I can not find a phone number anywhere.

de la même manière. J’aimerais un rendez-vous par chat ou sur zoom très rapidement, puisque vous venez de me prendre 300 € pour ce service… sans me laisser le choix d’annuler ce dernier

Hello,

Thank you for your message, but unfortunately the link you sent does not help me. It only redirects me to a questionnaire that loops back to the community Q&A, and I still have no access to a real support agent who can handle my case.

My issue is still unresolved:

  • I have been charged for two seats even though I only have one,
  • The charge was made using a new credit card that I never added to Trello,
  • There is clearly a serious billing problem on your side

There is no customer service, no phone number, and no direct email to reach the billing department, which makes it impossible to resolve this situation properly.

Right now, the link you provided only makes me go in circles, without any concrete support.

I urgently need a real person from your billing team to contact me directly and help resolve this issue.

Thank you for escalating this to the appropriate department.

Please verify if you are opening the ticket link logged in with the same email address you are using to respond to this thread. You would also receive an email notification on your inbox that the ticket was opened.

Hi Troy!

We don't offer phone calls, but we do offer Zoom meetings to Premium customers. I see that you have opened a ticket, and one of the Trello support team is addressing it. Great!
