Thank you for your message, but unfortunately the link you sent does not help me. It only redirects me to a questionnaire that loops back to the community Q&A, and I still have no access to a real support agent who can handle my case.
My issue is still unresolved:
There is no customer service, no phone number, and no direct email to reach the billing department, which makes it impossible to resolve this situation properly.
Right now, the link you provided only makes me go in circles, without any concrete support.
I urgently need a real person from your billing team to contact me directly and help resolve this issue.

Please verify if you are opening the ticket link logged in with the same email address you are using to respond to this thread. You would also receive an email notification on your inbox that the ticket was opened.
