how change the attributions of the members and guests

My question is the following, I'm not sure how or where to change the attributions of the members and guests to the board in order to edit it. I want to be able to share a board with more people, but only they can see it. This is a tool of the paid version or can be done with the free version.

@karolay bonilla I believe what you're referring to is adding "observers" to a board, which is a business class feature:
