how can i reverse an automation that happened by mistake on more than 150 cards without going 1 by 1

I pressed on a button that moved every card i add in my board to one list, which is a mistake, i need my card back at the right place and column, 

Is there a way to go in activity or history and restore everything back at the original spot?

There is no general undo system. It would be possible to do with the API and code to undo it, but you need a programmers help to do that.

Alternative, if you know the old list by memory you can use a batch update tool (like this: https://trellotools.azurewebsites.net/BatchUpdate) to set data back to the original value.

If you are open to using apps, you can use Issue History Dashboard for Jira, an app released by our company.

In the filter area, you can filter your searcy by Field Updated to be the field you accidentally updated.

This will enable yout to extract the issue keys for the issues you accidentally modified.

Then do a batch update for all these issues for the updated field to return to the initial value.
