i have an ISP company i want my clients to add a ticket and track it via trello app android or IOS without the ability to view or change other tickets ! and is there any way to make trello send me a daily report ?

Your requirement needs few steps to get it working. Kindly try these steps:
Create one dedicated board for Client Tickets and use lists like - in progress, resolved).
Make the board Private for only invited members accessibility. You should have to use board Permissions who has to interact with the Trello cards.
Create custom fields for clients, so they can enter information when submitting tickets, like - contact details, issue description etc.
Trello's built-in Butler automation helps with rules for automatically emailing daily reports.
