If you navigate to the upper right hand corner ... -> Activity you may be able to see who deleted it.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

You can go to the board menu > activity.

Use the search function (Ctrl+F on a PC) to find the text "deleted card"
