how can i allow other board members to chang/update?

Dear All,

i have an issue with boards at all !

one i create a board and invite others ,I am the only one with can change or add cards.

I tried to change other team members to admin, but they still have access as follows:

Team Boards

testuser is a member of no team boards.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

just an update ,I am using free version of trello.
