its says that i can use the free version of trello until 10 persons on my workspace, but I have only 9 and the system don't let me invite the last person

you can check the workspace settings and members. there you can see how many people are included so far in the workspace

ok thank you, but I've got another question, because for the upgrade it says 119 per year and when I scroll down it goes up to 600....could you explaine this to me. Is it possilbe to get an upgrade just for one person and then i can invite more than 10 personß

Yes the pricing is per user. 

But when you add people to only 1 board they are guests. 

When they are added to 2 or more boards you pay for the seat. You for the seat as well when they are added to the workspace. 

So you can update for 1 person. Then all other persons, this could be more then 10, are allowed on 1 board only.

so if I take an upgrade just for me I can invite another person to my board. But I don't see where I can chose the numbers of persons i want to upgrade, for excemple only me at 119....

Hi Aline,

Yes, Trello has a free option and it is good enough for personal use or small teams.
The free plan includes boards, cards, basic automation, Power-Ups, and collaboration features.
There are some limits like up to 10 boards per workspace and limited automation runs, but for normal task tracking it works well. Thanks!

it does not work like that.

if you only want to upgrade your account, you have to delete all other people from the workspace and make sure they are only assigned to 1 board.

you upgrade automatically everyone who is assigned to more then 1 board.

everyone assigned to only 1 board automatically can make use of the premium or standard features.

it is a bit complex. 

member of 1 board - no costs

member of 2 or more boards - paying the seat

member of workspace - paying the seat

Sorry its a little bit do complicated to understand but maybe you can suggest me the best and less expensive solution for us. 

At the moment our account looks like that :

4 Members and 1 multi board gast. Now I would like to invite, to a board I created, some people to work with that board. what would be the solution? knowing also that I need to work with that board only for 6 month
