where is the Trello filter feature in the application on the cellphone?

Are you on Trello iOS or Android? For iOS, you can access the filter options from within a board via the triangle in the top right hand corner: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-cards-on-a-board-in-ios/

You can filter by:

• members

• labels

• due dates

• keywords
