fast member replacement in automation rules

i create a lot of automation rules, all rules have "add member @xxx to the card".
Tomorrow the employee quits, I'm hiring a new @yyy.
How can I quickly include it in the RULES instead of the previous employee? Or do I have to open each rule and change it manually?

Right now there's no way to bulk update Butler rules right now so you'd need to update each rule individually but I've passed your interest in this onto our team for consideration.

Thanks. It would also be nice if when you change the name of a column, it would automatically change in the rules.
