export only certain information from all may cards on to CSV. Name, phone number, email, what list

We are setting up a new system with my that needs to export only certain information From each of my trello cards I need the name, Phone number and email address as well as loan number And what list is this card under.  I do not want any of the custom list or dates or comments and activities.

You're on Premium, so just use the native CSV export. It automatically excludes comments and activity history while fully including your Custom Fields (Name, Phone, Email, Loan number). You can open the file in Excel, delete the extra columns, and save the clean version.

One crucial safety note: since this data includes PII and loan numbers, avoid using free online JSON converters. You never know what they do with Data  especially personal one 🫣

When you need this to be a repeatable, automated process, a reporting Power-Up or a short Trello API script would be a much better fit than manual cleaning. But that depends on you.

It didn't work.  Here is a dummy Trello card I just created. I need the information from the 'decrepitation' section.
